The idea of this society is to offer a platform for scientific exchange in the field of dental and medical fractography.
The major objectives of the FFI are:
to provide a forum for scientific exchange related to dental and medical fractography
to educate researchers in terms of fractographic techniques
to encourage and consult research in the field
to promote interaction and communication between industry and academics
to collect and exchange fractographic findings worldwide by setting up a database for case studies
As member of the FFI, you support the idea of a comparably young research discipline. Members especially benefit from the dialogue within the FFI. Exchange, experience, and expertise in between researchers, clinicians, and industry will be promoted in the future. The FFI will also serve as information and education center as well as "helpdesk" for clinical practice, research, and material development.
